It is really time-consuming to schedule meetings: you send an email with your availabilities and then the person responds one day later and finally you are not available anymore... Lot of back and forth emails! One of my contact told me about Julie and I decided to use the service! Since July 2015 I have been opening our UK office which required me to recreate my business network from scratch in a new city. I had heard of JulieDesk before but it is while networking that I was reminded of it and decided to give it a try. Trying to schedule almost 8 meetings a week myself was starting to be very time-consuming and finding a full-time PA, fluent in both English and French, was going to be a challenge. Julie not only saved me a lot of time in scheduling all my meetings and following up in case of changes in the available times.
